We often have this mindset that all fats are bad, but that’s actually not the case. In fact, having healthy fats incorporated into your diet is essential and has lots of positives for your body.
If you’ve read my first article you’ll know that my biggest reason for success was that I took my time. I didn’t rush into new foods and make drastic changes. These may not sound super exciting on their own at first, but they have lots of potential to make some really yummy dishes. Nuts and seeds for example. You can do so much with those once you start researching healthy recipes. You can put them in healthy nutritional shakes aand on salads, just to name a couple. There is some healthy fats for you! Next time you’re at the store maybe pick up a fatty fish to season and bake in the oven, or grab an avocado to make guacamole or eat with your breakfast. I personally like to eat them with my eggs in the morning or in a salad. Be adventurous and try new things.
